MaxiGRATE FRP Minimesh grating is ideal for replacing timber floors woolsheds, workshops etc.
The grating is engineered to allow debris to fall through but not allow the feet of the sheep to get stuck.
A fine grit surface was also added to ensure that the sheep could walk without hurting their feet, while maintaining a non-slip rated surface for the safety of operators within the shed.
Technical Details
Resin type: Isophthalic (Polyester) resin with UV and Fire retardant additives.
Colour: Charcoal (RAL 7021).
Surface Option: Fine Grit.
Span: Up to 700mm unsupported.
The grating is unaffected by moisture, even urine. making it ideal for use with animals. It also has a good resistance to chemicals and will not corrode. Another good feature of FRP over wood, is that it is not prone to wood boring insects.
