What Our FRP Structural Profiles Offer
MaxiSTRUCT FRP structural pultruded profiles carry the loads of steel and aluminium at a fraction of the weight. They resist corrosion in environments that break down traditional materials, need very little maintenance, and are easy to fabricate and install on site.
The profiles are made by drawing fibreglass and other reinforcements through high pressure resin injection tooling. The fibres pass through a series of pre-forming guides, then get mechanically pulled through a heated die to produce the finished structural shape.

Built for Demanding Environments
Our structural shapes combine fibreglass with resins engineered to meet demanding chemical, flame retardant, electrical, strength and environmental standards. Thermosetting polyester and vinyl ester resin systems give the shapes their corrosion resistance, while strategically placed rovings and mats add structural integrity. A synthetic veil covers every exterior surface for added protection against UV exposure.
For projects that need it, we also manufacture using high-end materials such as epoxy and polyurethane resins, as well as carbon and aramid reinforcements.
Custom Profiles, Built to Your Loads
We manufacture custom profiles to suit your requirements. Using the latest Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, we calculate the loads on each part and advise the specific thicknesses needed to produce a quality part from our engineered tooling. We’ve supplied custom profiles to the marine, motorsport and aviation industries.
FRP profiles can be used to build ladders and access platforms, or alongside our FRP grating for walkways.
